On the television, it is reported that one week after the earthquake, the local rescue is still ongoing. Mitsuru exclaims that it is his father. Azusa comments that they are still doing rescue when it is snowing. And, they are unable to open the horizon[?] and the situation isn’t at all optimistic. Mitsuru recalls cursing about his father being too strong and later one, he’ll win against him [in kendo].

Two days after the earthquake, Mego and her mother had finally arrived at Yamagata Airport. Mego overhears some women saying that it is great that they were able to instantly chance upon a flight here so through Yamagata, they’ll go to Sendai. They are worried about their family for they couldn’t contact them. Mego thinks that the uneasy mood is everywhere in the surrounding since everyone is endlessly anxious over their important people’s safety. She hopes that Aoi and her grandmother are definitely... Ayaka tells her daughter that the taxi stand is at that side and it probably takes around an hour for them to reach Sendai. Then, Mego bumps into someone. She apologizes and realizes that it is Chiharu and Kagetsuna. After she called out to them, the two are also surprised that Mego is there. Mego tells them that they came to Sendai to look for her grandmother and Aoi. Kagetsuna says that he also came because in the end, he couldn’t contact Aoi. Mego realizes that the two are also.. Noticing their fully packed luggage, Mego thinks that it is definitely stuff for Aoi. Mego smiles and says that it is great that she is able to see them and with everyone together, they’ll definitely find Aoi quickly.

Narration: “If I’m no longer around, that girl will definitely be broken-hearted. *In the water, Aoi reaching up to his necklace. He recalls the time when they are at the church and she is dressed like a bride* I’m sorry, Mego. I love you--..” At Tokyo, Mego is crying while looking at the broken necklace. She mutters Aoi’s name and recalls some memories of him. Then, she promptly faints. At that time, there are still some aftershocks occurring in various regions of East Japan. The people in the streets are talking about how scary it was for it was reported that there was a tsunami at the northeast coast. The trains had also stopped so they have to walk home. Mitsuru says that there is an aftershock again and where can they go.. Then, he notices Azusa cowering at the side. She is crying and trembling. She tells him that she’s really useless for she is afraid of earthquakes the most since she was young. Mitsuru hugs her and calls her stupid, for at this kind of time, there is no one who isn’t afraid so be at ease while being afraid. She hugs to him and says that she’s really so scared. She finds it baffling for she is obviously so afraid but it’s so warm that slowly, her trembling had been suppressed.

Narration: “On March 11 at 2:46pm, *the ground under Aoi is swaying* with the epicenter at Tohoku’s northern sea area, a 9.0 magnitude great earthquake had happened. This is an unprecedented impact on Eastern Japan.” There is a rumbling sound as the waters start to become turbulent. Aoi notices a young boy hugging her mother. The boy cries that it’s really scary. Then, he notices some wood beams becoming unfastened and falling on the mother and son. He instantly uses his body to block the beams from falling on the two. Aoi manages to smile and asks the boy if he is alright. While some people help remove the beams from Aoi, they say that the wall and wood had started to break apart and are they alright. The mother says, “Aoi..?” Recalling of the past, Aoi is startled for that voice is.. He looks at the woman and realizes that it is indeed his mother. Aoi mutters, “..Ma..mama..?”

One season after another, on the end of February in Tokyo is the wedding of Kagetsuna and his fiancée. Kagetsuna calls out to Shino who congratulates him. She ‘tells’ them that he’s so handsome and his wife is so beautiful. Blushing Kagetsuna laughs and says is that so. Kagetsuna informs her that Aoi also came here from Sendai and currently, he is together with Mego. Shino is quite happy for it has been a long time since she has seen her brother. She sees the two at the courtyard and finds them locked in each other’s embrace while kissing. Shino blushes and thinks that it is truly conjugal love. Mego giggles and says that it has been a long time since she saw Aoi and seeing him revives her blood. Aoi tells her good job and congratulations for smoothly getting herself admitted to a female college in Sendai. Mego says yes, and she also strived hard in convincing her parents and in the end, she got their consent to let her to stay at grandma’s house while studying.

It is already 8:50 am. There are only 10 more minutes before the exam starts. Azusa wonders if something happened to Mitsuru. Meanwhile, Mitsuru is running fast while pulling Shougo along. Shougo grinds his teeth and pulls away from Mitsuru’s hold. He shouts for Mitsuru to let go and why did he save him. Mitsuru angrily asks what he is saying. Then, he immediately holds up his hand in front of Shougo and tells him to quickly evade. Shougo is surprised when Mitsuru blocks a metal rod with his right fist. The delinquents chuckles and says that incident just now isn’t over yet. Shougo worriedly asks about his right hand. Mitsuru curses about how annoying this is. He urges them to bring everything on for he still has someone important waiting for him. A hooded person apologizes and says that he’ll be interrupting them. And, he immediately punches the delinquent away. It is Chiharu who says that they are blocking his stroll so quickly scram. While Shougo is amazed by the attack, Mitsuru asks what Chiharu is doing here. With the bird on his head, Chiharu says that it is as Mitsuru had seen, he is currently strolling around and if he wasn’t mistaken, wasn’t Mitsuru supposed to take a mock exam nearby?

Summer vacation has ended and it is now September in Tokyo. A guy says that he frequently see her at the station and thinks that she is really cute. “Miss Kobayashi Megumi, *holds out his hand* please go steady with me” Mego apologizes to him for currently, she’s already engaged. The guy is shock that she is engaged when obviously, she is still a high schooler. Slightly bowing to him, Mego says that she is very happy that he has that kind of feelings, thank you very much. The guy tells her to wait, at least go on a date once..please.. And, he is surprised to see three guys appearing behind Mego. It is Chiharu, Mogami and Toudou who ask the guy what he wants with Mego. The guy got scared that he shouts nothing and runs off. Mego turns around to her ‘guarding group’ and calls their names. Chiharu says that it is troublesome while Aoi isn’t around since there will be some bandits who’ll try to use every single opportunity [to woo Mego] but then, she is already engaged with Aoi...? Mego says yes, actually, she wanted to immediately marry Aoi but because her father opposes it at all costs.. Chiharu sweatdrops and says that is inevitable.

Aoi dreamt of the time when Shino is crying and hugged him tightly. Teary-eyed young Aoi looked at his mother who is heading out of the door. Ah yes, it is the memory of the time when mama left home. With a tear in his eye, Aoi wakes up and is surprised to see Mego clinging on to him. While drooling, she tells him porridge, porridge, Aoi-aoichan~~..♡  Hi hi~~♡ After looking at her smiling in her sleep, Aoi kisses her forehead and thinks about always earnestly hoping for this warmth, and right now, it is here. Mego wakes up from a delicious smell. She sees Aoi by the kitchen. She sits up and freaks out upon recalling that last night, she and Aoi made love for the first time. She tries to look for something to cover herself and she finds Aoi’s t-shirt. Aoi turns to her and says that breakfast is ready so she should wake up.. And, he sees her in the middle of wearing a t-shirt. After the two screams about it, Aoi looks away and apologizes.

Narration: “Fireworks are gorgeously blooming outside the window on August 5th at Sendai but right now, my eyes only have you.” Near the balcony, Aoi is on top of Mego. After he removes her bra, Aoi says that it is truly beautiful, her skin that is clean like snow. As Aoi snuggles to her, Mego is mentally freaking about how embarrassed she is. She wonders if her body is very strange and doesn’t he think that it’s strange. <- she is totally not listening to Aoi’s sweet words to her. Mego continues to freak out for she is making the one she like most see her whatever-body and she is so embarrassed to death. She looks at Aoi and smells his lavender scent. This made her scowl that she quickly stands up and shouts for Aoi to stop. Hurrying to the door, she shouts that she is going to take a shower so let her borrow the bathroom. She exclaims that she ran all the way there and was dripping with sweat. “Aoi is quite fragrant, but I’m stinking of sweat, I absolutely do not want that!!” Blushing Aoi asks if she is going to let him wait like this.

It is July. At Akechi High, everyone is bustling about something unbelievable had happened. In the grade ranking with Chiharu being first and a certain Maeda Keijirou in second, Mitsuru ranked third place. They cannot believe it for it is that well-known Kobayashi Mitsuru who is among the handful idiots in their school. In this final exam, he unexpectedly ranked third..? Clenching his fist, Mitsuru exclaims, “Yes!! No wonder it is the great me!!” Chiharu comments that Mitsuru is quite good lately. Mitsuru sheepishly says that originally, his brain isn’t working but this time, with a bit of activity, it seems to be doing very good. “Next time, I’ll definitely be number one for the whole year level.” Flashback: Two months ago, Mitsuru told Azusa’s father that first of all, as far as he is concerned, having shrewdness [/wise] as the main thing is not something difficult. The father exclaimed in disbelief about Mitsuru wanting to become the successor of Tokugawa Corporation. “You think that it is that simple. How can someone like you who have no background or academic qualifications possibly become a successor? *gestures to Shougo* Shougo is a talented person who received elite education since he was young. At home, Mitsuru looks at the clock. It is 4pm. He says that Azusa is so slow, could it be that something had happened..? And, Azusa looks surprised that she is being kissed by Shougo. But it turns out that Azusa has put her hand on his mouth. She tells him that he’s too naïve for her kiss won’t be easily taken away. Then, she stomps the wall almost hitting his head. She says, “You said that you are my fiancé? Did that person incited you to do this? *Shougo looks a bit tense* That person would unexpectedly still want me to marry some other guy..?” While thinking that there is no extra ‘seeing her underwear a bit’, he tells hier to calm down a bit for he is the second son of Toyotomi Commerce’s chairman. “You know it, right? Toyotomi Commerce. It is the subsidiary company in business with your father under the Tokugawa Corporation. At a place overlooking the city, Mego shouts that they’re at Aoba Castle!! And that’s Masamune’s statue!! Pointing to the city, Mego tells Aoi to look, from here, one can see the full view of Sendai. Aoi says yes. Narration: “Hello everyone, I’m Kobayashi Megumu. Because it is Golden Week, I travelled to Sendai. It is like a dream to be able to go on a Sendai date with Aoi-kun. It is like Masaumune-sama and Megohime--..” Then, Mego sneezes. She laughs and says that even if it is already spring, it is still quite cold in the northeast. Aoi looks around for something that he can use to warm her up. He ends up hugging her tightly. Blushing, he asks if she is still cold. With her heart beating loud and fast, blushing Mego says no..she is very warm. While steam is emitting from her head, Mego thinks that from the start, Aoi is on fire and could it be the effect of long distance relationship!? “Just by seeing each other, he’s bursting out a fiery passion..!!” She tells Aoi that it is like in the dream. “Everyday, I would see you, Aoi-kun, in a dream. Right now, it seems like the dream’s continuation..”

Sitting on the bench, Azusa happily clings on to Mitsui’s arm and kept on giggling. Mitsuru is embarrassed when some passers-by ask if that is Tokugawa Azusa, the model. Didn’t she cease all her activities because of her parents’ extramarital affairs? How amazing! Unexpectedly dating without any apprehension but then, so cute♡ Mitsuru thinks that she is totally unpredictable [/doesn’t play by the rules] for she unexpectedly came back which is enough to shock a person yet she would brazenly go near with him. “Short hair is also super cute. It’s so moe!!” Azusa asks him how is her new school uniform and isn’t the blouse cute. Mitsuru blushes as it makes his heart go dokidoki. She tells him that even if there is no way for her to continue wearing Toushou High’s sailor uniform but the new uniform is also not bad at all. Mitsuru recalls that after the scandal was made public, Azusa’s father had resigned from his post as director general. She also has no way of continuing to stay and study at Toushou High.

Covering her naked chest with her arms, Mego tells Aoi that in accordance to their agreement, come, let’s do some..the things that one will do after kissing, right? Could it be that I’m a person who has such an intense desire!? *covers blushing face* Even if it is very difficult to see Mego’s face, but I shouldn’t use this kind of excessive recharge!!” In April, Sanada Aoi (19) is currently having a long distance romance with Mego. After becoming a college student, he is now living by himself at Sendai. While he walks to school, some blushing girls wonder who is that guy wearing an eye patch. Someone says that she heard that he is a new student at engineering [industrial science] department. On March, it is the graduation ceremony of the Akechi Academy. Holding a camera, Mitsuru tells Aoi and Mego to come and take a picture for a remembrance. Aoi had smoothly passed the entrance exam for T University and tomorrow, he’ll leave for Sendai. After taking a picture of Mego and Aoi holding his diploma, Mitsuru congratulates Aoi for smoothly getting admitted to college and that he won’t be wearing a uniform anymore. Sobbing Mego is there to celebrate with them. Mogami exclaims that he also graduates this year. His underlings are glad about it that they congratulate Mogami. Mogami notices Mego hiding behind Aoi. Blushing Mego is glad that Mogami finally gets to graduate this year. Blushing Mogami exclaims who is this beautiful girl, and she unexpectedly looks similar with Mitsuru. Mitsuru introduces her to him as his twin. Mogami is all hearts that Aoi had an ominous premonition.

At Toushou High, Tomo and Shizu exclaim in surprise upon learning that Aoi is going to a Sendai university. Mego confirms it and he is already preparing for the examination at Tohoku’s T University. Tomo asks if he passed, then won’t it be a long distance relationship. “Don’t you be lonely, Mego?” Blushing Mego smiles and says yes, and if she didn’t say that, she is definitely deceiving people but compared to that, she wanted Aoi to be happy. She thinks that in the past, there is always a faint loneliness what is shown in Aoi’s eyes but right now, when he told her about the future, his eyes started to burst out a dazzling radiance. It is when he told her about her adored Sendai where she was born and celebrating tanabata festival with her every year. Mego thinks that is a happy future where she also exists and it really makes her feel excited. Putting their hands together, her friends exclaim that even if she is lonely, she has them and they’ll go together to comikets [comic market] and concerts. Moved Mego tearfully calls their names.

In the Kobayashi residence, Mego and her mother exclaim in shock after Mitsuru told them that he and Azusa had eloped. Together with Azusa, Mitsuru exclaims that he is going to marry Azusa. “This girl will be forced to marry some other guy. So, to hinder all of that, we are going to immediately register.” Mitsuru goes into shock when his mother reminds him that he’s 17 years old, and based on the law, he can marry when he’s 18 years old. Mitsuru shouts, “No way. I totally didn’t know that~~~!!” <- super big idiot. His mother and sister think that he didn’t know that yet he still proposed. Azusa thanks Mitsuru and says that she is already very satisfied that he has that kind of intention. Mitsuru blushes over this. The twins’ mother tells Azusa that currently the situation with her parents isn’t very ideal since she had already seen it on the news. She suggests that Azusa temporarily stay at their place until the issue regarding her parents settles down. She informs Azusa that she will contact her parents about this. The two are touched by this. While holding a ladle, the twins’ mother says that right now, she is about to prepare dinner. “Azusa-chan, do you want to help out? *winks* It just so happen to be the flavor that Mitsuru likes. I’ll teach it to you for you are the girl, who will be marrying Mitsuru.”
