Before Shibaken can get out on the stage, someone shouts, “That hurts!!” This made Shibaken stop. Holding up her hand while using the other to hold her reddish cheek, a girl shouts that this man hit her.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapters 75-76]

The cicadas are chirping. At Terada residence, Reiko’s mother tells her that she got mail from CP [official fan club]. Reiko stops writing her homework and takes the letter from her mother. She wonders out loud what is this, for today isn’t the day for announcements. Her mother reminds her to finish her homework. While CP is playing on her CD player, Reiko happily takes her scissors to open the envelope. It is an important notice given to their beloved fans. Reiko happily takes out the letter and is stunned to read, ‘Notification regarding Crude Play’s activities being suspended.’ Narration: “Please forgive us for this suddenly arrived letter but the details will be notified this way. It has been already 7 years since the debut so please allow us, this Crude Play band to slightly take a rest for a while. Rather, after this letter had arrived into your hands, the weekly publications will randomly put up their speculative stories so I think it would be better to tell everyone the current situation. I, Yamaguchi Shun is Yamaguchi Candy’s chairman, Yamaguchi Yuki’s only son.” Shun is looking out the window when his father who is typing on a laptop computer calls out to him and asks when did his mother say that she’s coming.

Free Talk: Blog Stuff regarding some series

Okay, from what I can understand from their post, according to Redfaces/红莲汉化组 [Chinese scanlator of Skip Beat, Akatsuki no Yona, Namaikizakari and Last Game], they had closed the registration to their forum. All their comics are prohibited from being reproduced, and I think they will release them one week after the sale date. But then, that might be only for the people in the forum since their recent updates are manga that has been sold in Japan a long time ago but it cannot be viewed publicly. Unless, they mean one week after they uploaded it in their forum. ^^;

Someone in baidu wondered if it is connected to the arrests of Chinese nationals who had uploaded scans on the internet. So I checked it out a bit. It is One Piece raws to Mangapanda on November 13. Then, The 7 Deadly sins for Red Hawk on November 18.

So, I’m not sure if the other Chinese scanlators will follow. For now, if no one/group scanlates in Chinese or it is already English scanlated/summarized, summaries for the mentioned series cannot/will no longer be worked on. Edit: I forgot that they are also working on Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru with another group so I'm not sure if that is affected. Sorry, but this is beyond my control and I had always been dependent on Chinese scanlations for the summaries. ^^;;

I guess because of this, Chinese scanlation’s releases had considerably been delayed than usual these few months except for Redfaces. It is either that or they are just busy with other things. ^^; Anyway, we’ll just see how this goes. 

I still have a few pending summaries to do so I'll work on that in the meantime. 

Update on November 23: Okay, checking the Redfaces/红莲汉化组 forum, they got Akatsuki no Yona 115 and Namaikizakari 36 up yesterday, November 22th. So, we’ll wait a week to see if they’ll release it publicly or not. If not, it will be only for them.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 74]

While listening to Mush & Co’s music at his bed, Shibaken is searching about ‘Mush’ on his cellphone. On Twitter, someone wrote how come Mush came to Kagawa’s Crude Play LIVE!!? Another one wrote that she heard that Mush came midway and always stayed behind [the hall] to watch. Shibaken clicks his tongue and mutters that Mush rejected an important colleague gathering and just to see Crude Play, she ran all the way to Kagawa huh. Then, he notices a picture in Twitter. Someone wrote that she found Mush! “At the side, is a person whom I cannot say (?)♡♡” And, there is an attached picture of Aki and Mush talking and walking together. Shibaken recalls Aki smiling and how they were together during the TV show program. Shibaken says that is Crude Play’s Aki. He recalls seeing them holding hand and how teary-eyed Mush was upon reading her cellphone. Shibaken mutters that it also means that the two of them are going steady, right. “Could it be that she really likes..him..?”

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 73]

At Kagawa stadium, after kissing, Aki says, “Riko, you’re really good. *kiss* Really good. Pure.” Riko blushes and is moved by that. Riko snaps out of it and angrily says that starting just now, aren’t these considered praises. After saying no, he kisses her again. He says that he is boasting her and he really longs and hopes to become someone like her. “Your emotion, what you think and what you say are identical. This kind of person is actually really rare.” Puzzled Riko looks at him and says that she doesn’t understand a word he said. “Could it be that what the brain thinks inside isn’t the same with one’s feelings?” Aki says that it is as she said but for him, this should be an identical thing but he is unable to make it identical. “..How difficult” As he rests his head on her shoulder, Riko hears a whimper. Her expression softens as she pats Aki’s head. He is surprised by this. He says, “..let me say, staring from today on, no matter what I say in the future, only you, Riko, have to definitely believe in me, okay? *Riko looks surprised* No matter when, I always think of music..and would also act for the happiness of everyone around. I really cannot understand...

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 72]

And the concert ends. Everyone exchanges, ‘good work’ [/otsukaresama]. Shun gives Aki a hug and says, ‘good work’. This made everyone smile. It is announced that today’s concert has ended and everyone to bring all their belongings. Some fans start to scream, ‘Encore!’ Shu looks surprised as someone says that it’s quite lively that even the stage’s lights are close, they are still shouting for encore. Shun asks if they’ll go out at least once. Aki refuses because what are they going to when they go out, and they had already sung three extra songs. Shun says that the audience will be happy just for them to go out. Shun asks the staff member if they can go out. Looking at his watch, the staff member says that removing the stage is.. Holding Aki’s hand, Shun tells him to just give him a moment. Then, he tells Aki that they’ll go for a while, so go take Kaoru’s hand. Aki groans. Shun says that if they don’t hurry, it will only be just the two of them going on stage holding hands like gays.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 71]

And the blushing fans squeal and wave at CP. Flustered Aki continues to play the bass. Tears continue to fall from Shinya’s eyes. Then, Riko arrives and stands a bit in front of Shinya. She blushes in excitement as she watches Aki play. She wonders what to do, what to do, her heart is suddenly tightening, because her heart’s trembling and her eardrums are vibrating. “Obviously, I want to concentrate in listening to the music’s melody but, I couldn’t stop trembling. This is Aki’s sound. It is Aki’s sound. It’s Aki’s sound.” Then, Soichiro and Miwako arrive. Miwako notices Shinya crying by the side. After the song finishes, Shun thanks everyone. He says that even if it is already the third time that they had a tour at Kagawa so how many people here came for Crude Play’s Live for the first time? Some fans are holding up their hands.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 70]

At the stadium, most of the fans are already sitting on their seats in anticipation for the concert. An announcer thanks everyone for attending Crude Play Insecticide Tour so before the concert starts, they would request everyone that during the performance, video recording, sound recording and taking pictures are--.. Fan A says that Shinya suddenly got ill, is he alright. Fan B says that this kind of thing happened for the first time. Fan C says that it is super rare for Aki to come on stage. Fan D says but then, it seems that Aki is a fatso. Fan E wonders how it would turn out. Fan F wonders what the members say about it. While some fans are going to their seats, it is announced that the performance is about to start so please everyone, sit down and wait a while. Backstage, the back-up musicians are tuning their guitars. Aki gets the bass guitar from its stand and puts it over him.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 69]

Narration: “A friend said, ‘I can no longer continue to sing in a band without you.’ *picture of Shun* Originally, it is merely expressing the music of his inner heart’s monologue. But, it has already been passed on to many people. That guy, who is always waiting for me on stage, is currently planning to leave the stage. *picture of Shinya* Saying ‘this is my gift for you’ then sent my bass guitar over to me. [<- It said ‘my’ so I’m not sure if it is a typo or he really sent Aki’s bass rather than buying a new one though I’m not sure how he can send Aki’s bass from his house to him.] Seven years ago, I refused to climb up on stage and he replaced me from start to end in standing here. His sudden departure caused that position to unexpectedly soar up in the sky. Should I or should I not climb up on this stage?”

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 68]

At Yamato TV [station], Shibaken flashes his business-style smile and greets everyone a good morning. The staff says that he is always lively and bright. Then, Shibaken notices someone. He calls out to Yamamoto and greets him a good morning. A ponytailed guy greets Shibaken back and asks what is it, a television drama. Yamamoto Yutaka is a member of ‘No. 3’ idol group under the banner of Marvel Office. Shibaken says yes, based on the clothes.. He asks Yamamoto is here for ‘Yamamoto Kyoudai’. Yutaka laughs and says yes, yes. “It was reported that new members will join the dress rehearsal so I want to go and say hello.” Shibaken asks if he’ll personally go for that purpose, and he’s still really friendly [/amiable]. Yutaka says but of course, stu-pid. Shibaken asks who the new members are. Yutaka says that he ought to have heard of them. “Eliza drama’s Lucca and..Mush of Mush & Co.” This surprises Shibaken. At the studio, very nervous Riko calls out to the staff and greets them a good morning. Yuu and Sou are amazed over the set-up. Miwako apologizes to Kyoko that the other members also followed and just now, it is still being discussed at the office.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 67]

And, a plane flies up the sky. The pilot tells the passengers that this is flight number 535 that is going to Takamatsu airport and estimated time of arrival is 12:40. The local weather is sunny.. Looking out the window, Aki thinks that for a long time now, he always made Shun endure. Aki recalls how Shun told him that in a band without Aki, how could he.. Looking flustered, Aki thinks that no..actually, he noticed it early on. “Even if I already noticed it..” Meanwhile Crude Play is in a van heading for the concert venue. Everyone is sitting in silence. Shun seems to be sleeping. Looking out the window, thoughtful Shinya mutters, “compared to what I imagined..it came a lot sooner.” He closes his eyes and calls out to Senzaki. He asks if they will be at the venue soon. Senzaki tells him that they’ll be there at around 10 minutes. Shinya asks if he can get off the van here. Senzaki asks if he is going to a convenient store. Shinya says no, there is a place that he wants to go. After agreeing, Senzaki tells the driver about it.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 66]

Narration: “The founding of Sakaguchi Candy can be traced back to the Meiji Era. Sakaguchi Shirou [guesswork from 四郎] is the fourth son of a kimono store in Yokohama. The origin of his infatuation with Western-style candies is when he received a marshmallow from a missionary. In order to learn the craft on how this candy is made, he went to America by himself at the age of 18. Even if he suffered hardship from racial discrimination but at the same time, he was able to master all sorts of ways in making all kinds of Western snack. At age 28, he returned back to the country. At Ginza, Tokyo, he opened a small Western snack store. There is a scene of children happily eating milk caramel. In order for the children of whole Japan to easily [get and] eat Western snack, he made milk candy to establish what is now the foundation of Sakaguchi Candy Company. It has 1572 employees and its sales figure is at 174,682,000,000 yen. The current president is the fourth successor, Sakaguchi Yuki [guesswork from 佑基], Shirou’s great-grandson.” Beep. Beep. Beep. At the ICU, Yuki is now lying in the hospital bed with all sorts of machines attached to his body.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 65]

Flustered Shinya asks Riko to help him. After looking surprised by what he said, Riko tells him that he is really cunning to say that. This surprises Shinya. He sits up and says, huh? Riko says that in case someone ask help from oneself, regardless whether he pulling himself together or he is really like an idiot type..these kind of words cannot be said out. Shinya says so that’s how it is, unexpectedly, she is easily attracted to weak guys, that kind of peculiarity. Blushing Riko exclaims what is that peculiarity!! Shinya says, ah, he knows already, no wonder she fell in love with Aki, he figured it now. This irks Riko that she says that it seems that he is already okay so she’s going to hang up the phone! She hangs up the phone and Shinya hears the busy tone. Then, he laughs that she really hanged it up. After a good laugh, Shinya looks at his phone to see that he had a three minute and twenty second conversation with Riko. He muses that it is like magic, making him laugh out loud. Then, he starts composing on paper while humming.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 64]

With his hands together, Shun apologizes to some old men but it is also okay if it is only just this once, since they really want to try it out. One of the old men says, okay. Shun grins at Kaoru and Teppei. With just a towel to cover themselves, the three naked guys jump into the bathtub in an onsen [hot spring]. A lot of fangirls are gathered in front of the Dogo onsen. A guy asks what’s going on. A girl informs him that Crude Play is inside. The others are blushing and wonder out loud what they are doing. The guy says that he’ll go in and take a look. He also says that he’ll also check out their ‘little brother’. The flustered fangirls tell him not to go inside. Inside, Shun playfully tosses some water at Kaoru. At some hotel, Shinya is listening to some music, MUSH&Co. 2nd demo, on his laptop computer. He recalls telling Aki that it isn’t his music anymore. He becomes flustered for getting angry and being awful towards Aki. Flashback: Puzzled Aki asked why. Then, he saw Shinya turned around and wiped his tear. Aki apologized because by doing that, he changed the genre of the song. “I’m sorry. I didn’t plan on doing this.”

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 63]

At Nagahama residence, while eating, Miwako is complaining about Shinya’s earlier deadline yet he would still-- She notices that her mother is staring at her that she asks what is it. Her mother asks if she likes Shinya. This made Miwako flustered that she exclaims why her mother said that, how is that possible, for that is Crude Play and a performing artist who has a lot of models and beautiful women beside him. “How is that possible..” Her mother says that it has been such a long time since she heard Miwako talked with her about a guy. Miwako exclaims that it is because he is her work and she’s saying this since he is giving her a headache. Her mother asks is that so, when she thought that it is something else. She tells Miwako that she is worried about her for not only is it a weekend, there is also no work yet Miwako always accompanies her in shopping. “Is this okay? Occasionally, there’s no need to mind mama and just go have fun by yourself. *Miwako glumly looks at her mother* Isn’t it really good? If it’s Shinya, you’ll be a very good match.”

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 62]

Sou tells Reiko that because she is his friend so he cannot let her cry alone and he will accompany her. Crying Reiko asks him to quickly come. After hanging up, Sou tells his friends that he’ll go ahead. Yuu exclaims wait, for it will be bad if he goes alone. Sou is puzzled. Pointing at him, Yuu says that he’ll be charmed by her. This made Sou burst into laughter and says no way. Riko says no, he is charmed by her. Sou looks surprised. With folded arms, Yuu says that it is because right now, he is super cool. “As your friend, I firmly oppose that Terada become your first love! *angrily points to self* So, I’m also coming with you!” While Sou is in disbelief, Yuu puts his arm around Sou and lead him away. Meanwhile, at the radio station of J-Wave 81-3FM, everyone is exchanging the ‘good work greetings’ except Shibaken who is grumpily looking at his Iphone. He asks his manager that once exchanging contact number with a senpai, shouldn’t the kouhai immediately sent back a message. The manager says that even if it is like that, if the kouhai is not interested, then it is possible that she won’t send a message.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 61]

Flustered Miwako tells Shinya that Riko unexpectedly was able to do it really well, right? “She is able to stand on Crude Play’s stage. And, become ‘Yamamoto Sibling’s official member. Just now, she even happily talked with Kaitouranma’s Shibaken. It is simply like a dream, right? It’s extremely delightful, right?” Pushing up his eyeglasses, Shinya says that even if it is him, he can understand her jealousy towards Mushroom. Miwako denies that she is jealous. Shinya insists that it is but then, it doesn’t matter because anyway, he thinks that this is very normal. She asks why he thinks that way. Shinya says that for her to ask him why. “Isn’t it because she is the girlfriend of Aki whom you like?” This startles Miwako that she angrily shouts that it isn’t because of that kind of thing that she’s jealous of her!! “It is because I..” She looks surprised but couldn’t continue what she is saying. Shinya is puzzled. Miwako thinks, “It is because you care too much for Mushroom. Because you only care for Mushroom.” She clenches her fist and looks down.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 60 + Side Story]

With the full moon hanging above the sky, some guests of CP’s Budokan concert have started to take their leave. Shibaken’s manager tells him that if another 10 minutes have passed, they won’t be able to reach the Live Broadcast show in time. Shibaken tells him that he knows already. He looks at the side and to his delight, Senzaki is already escorting Riko to him. Senzaki apologizes for the wait. Shibaken’s manager says that they should be the one apologizing for they are so busy and they still find some time for them. With a victorious smile, Shibaken greets Riko otsukaresama deshita ‘good job’ for the concert. Riko says thanks. Silence. Shibaken suddenly realized that they are still in a quarrel period. Viewing her with an irritated expression, he thinks that she must be still angry and holding a grudge against him. Actually, Riko is thinking of the encounter earlier. Flashback: Lucca introduced herself and praised Riko for her amazing performance. Riko thanked her. [By the way, they all call her by her stage name, Mush/Mushroom.] Lucca happily said that she really anticipates it for she was drumming while she’s singing. This puzzled Riko.

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 59]

Narration: “Before entering the company, I was assigned to the morning’s comprehensive program. At 4am, I’ll go to Jinbocho and buy all sorts of newspapers. It has been 30 years since I’ve entered the company, and at that time, it isn’t the internet era yet. And unexpectedly, it has become a very important [part] of work (laugh). BUT, I STILL HATE IT. At that time, I’ll go to Abe-san every day and he’s the one who is in charge of all the music programs. After three years, I’ve moved to the music program. So..this year, it is 27 years? It should? Looking back, I’ll find that 27 years ago is good, and of course, that is inevitable, THERE IS NO PITCH SHIFTER  [<- I’m not sure if is that but it is something that makes the sound better with the help of a device]. IT WAS AN ERA WHEREIN, WHETHER SINGING IS GOOD OR BAD, THE TONE, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, IT IS ALL IN ITS RAWEST FORM WHEN BROADCAST INTO THE TELEVISION. It’s over, right? A lot of idols are singing out of tune (laugh). But, I still really like that kind of feeling. That feeling wherein they sing as if their lives depended on it. So, we prohibit lip-syncing. LOOKING AT A NEWBIE, WHO IS SO NERVOUS THAT S/HE WANTS TO PUKE, MAKE ME FEEL VERY EXCITED. This kind of thing, the audience. Absolutely also think that way. Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru [Chapter 58]

After Aki kisses Riko, she blushes. Then, she mutters geez, what’s up with that, doing it suddenly. Aki apologizes and says that he himself is a bit startled by that. He muses that maybe he is a very passionate man. While she curses, he says but then, didn’t she want to try that, backstage kiss. She looks at him and exclaims-whispers how can she possibly thought of that kind of thing and she is already quite nervous before formally going onstage. Aki tells her that she is already nervous and that isn’t a good thing, since it will only influence the throat’s situation. Still nervous, Riko mutters that she knows. Then, Aki tells her that he’ll go to the audience’s seats. Riko says that he is quite cunning for she also wants to watch. Aki says, right, it is the privilege of those who won’t perform and it is great that he is an audience. He looks at her and says, “I believe in you.” She says, ya. He tells her, “You also believe in me.” She says, ya. Onstage, fangirls are screaming happily while watching CP perform. Reiko is in quite happy to see Shinya playing bass LIVE. Shun thanks everyone and says that next, is this song.. Reiko perks up. As Reiko looks nervous, Shun says that it really suits the current season- “Ah, what, everyone already know this one, right? So amazing, right?”
