At the church, through video conference, the 12 cardinals of the Association tell Tenjoh, the White Rose, that they have received his invitation and they are going to witness the ‘Blood Ceremony’ for him to become the True Rose. Tenjoh is carrying sleeping Anis who is wearing a bridal gown. Blurb: “It is simply because I LOVE her--” Punishment 40 – Goodbye. Flashback: The night before, Anis wondered what Tenjoh wants to do in the end, and what’s up behind his desire to become a god. It is necessary to hinder him but what is the best way to do it. She complained about not wanting to go through a ‘blood ceremony’ and it is despicable to be forced into it. Then, she noticed that the chain on her foot is released again. She wondered who has been freeing her while she slept. Is she being told to her to escape or.. Walking around, Anis thought that no matter where she went, she couldn’t find the exit. The place is too big and if she gets lost, she couldn’t ask for help. She also hears some muffled machine sounds and aside from that, she sees the illusion of the little boy. She approached the boy who is playing with blocks. She thought that he is always playing by himself and could he be Tenjoh’s memory. She wondered if right now, Tenjoh’s ‘heart’ had already gotten out of this place. Then, she is surprised to see a human form standing at her side. End flashback. Someone says, “Wake up-- Rose princess..” Anis wakes up. The cardinals say that before the White Rose Knight’s Third Awakening with the Rose Princess or rather, before the start of the ‘Blood Wedding Ceremony’, they should first welcome their very important guest. It is bounded up and gagged Schwartz. They say that they want to express their gratitude to his research that made this possible, and they wanted him to be there for his ‘daughter’s special day. Tenjoh tells Anis that it is going to start so is she already prepared. Anis mutters ‘Tenjoh’. Tenjoh tells her that at least at this time, Mitsuru. Anis thinks that she always dreamt of being like this, to be dressed up beautifully like a princess. Using a ring, it seems that Tenjoh activates the Third Awakening.

Barajou no Kiss [Chapter 39]

Anis wakes up and hears a sound. It is the voice of a crying child. Her eyes widen upon remembering that Tenjoh had made her faint. She sits up from a bed that has white roses on it. She looks up the long hallway and wonders where she is. Title: Blood Marriage Held in Heaven Anis wonders if this is, what’s behind that ‘Secret Door’, the one that Mutsuki mentioned as the research facilities, ‘Lisa’s Coffin’. Tenjoh arrives and asks if she is already awake. Anis calls out to him but when she is going to stand up, she realizes that her left foot is bound by a chain. Tenjoh apologizes for being rude to the Dominion but it will be troublesome for him if she would reckless run around. Realizing that her cards are gone, Anis asks him where the others are. Holding her face, Tenjoh tells her, “No matter what, please do not mention the other Knights in front of me, Rose Princess. That is because I’m going to hold the ‘Blood Marriage’ together with you, in order to ascend to the True Rose’s seat as the one and only Knight.” Anis slaps his hand away and exclaims what he is saying for the ‘Blood Marriage’ is the Third Awakening and yet, she only attained the First Awakening with him. Anis thinks that temporarily, she hasn’t been concerned with this Awakening thing because it is something that she doesn’t want to do. Tenjoh asks if the condition of the Awakening is to ‘heart-to-heart deep connection’. Anis exclaims that is true and right now, she is very angry. Going close to her, Tenjoh says, “For me, that kind of thing is fundamentally not needed. *This surprises Anis.* Listen well, the ‘Association’ has been researching for such a long time about the ‘Rose Contract’ *Anis wonders what is this feeling as Tenjoh holds her face* Controlling your mother’s fate for her to give birth to the ‘Rose Princess’, and finally, unlocking the principle in producing an ‘Awakening’ and its reversion. I can forcibly bind your heart.” As Tenjoh seems to pull her necktie, Anis starts to look flustered then shouts for him to stop and do not enter her heart. White Rose’s Second Awakening. Just before he leaves dejected Anis, Tenjoh tells her that the Third Awakening is the ‘Blood Marriage’. “Four days later, the ‘Association’s cardinals will gather in Tenkyoku Church in order for people to know that I am the ‘True Rose’.” Anis has been crying as to why it has become like that.

Young sleeping Quess is in the coffin. Crying Yocteau says, “Please.. definitely, get the Rose Princess. Get your love into your hand –and then, you’ll be able to attain happiness.” Punishment 36: Thanatos [<- the god or daimon of non-violent death. Source: theoi.com] Present time: Yocteau says that this is the ‘love’ that he had always been searching for. Narration: “Fighting against Quess until losing up all one’s strength, I had the devil’s ‘curse’ on my left eye, and soon afterwards, this physical body of mine will be destroyed. But, the ‘curse’ had already gradually eroded the right eye. The decayed physical body can once again regenerate, even if the final form isn’t ‘human-shaped’ anymore. And this also continued. Unceasing regeneration.. Continuous reconstruction.. *Yocteau is becoming a grotesque monster* In the end, the consciousness of ‘being human’ is also lost. What remains is one’s unending desire for destruction and hunger. *Monster Yocteau says that he wants..but what* As if missing something.. That’s right, first, *Monster Yocteau told Shiden to give him his left eye* I had attained the demon hunter’s left eye but I hunger for more.” Monster Yocteau muttered, “Not enough.. I want..” He wondered if he had taken more parts, would he become ‘human’ again. Then, he is surprised to see someone standing on the roof of a house and says, “..You.. are someone who has a relation with the ‘Rose Contract’—right?” It is Schwartz. Schwartz asked, “Do you.. want to make your wish come true?”

Barajou no Kiss [Chapter 35]

Punishment 35: Heart and Memory Narration: “Until now, I still remember it, the day when I was first summoned by the card. *Seiran appeared before Anis and told her that he will obey her command.* No matter who the other person is, As a knight, one only has to offer one’s body and mind –that is what I’ve always thought. However upon seeing those shiny glittering eyes that I have not seen before, it was love at first sight. From then on, my world had changed. Together with everyone, we laughed and we cried. Even if there are times when I’m scolded, but I truly believe that my ‘destiny’s fortune is meeting with you, Miss Anis--” Suddenly, the ground below attacks Seiran that he is already out of breath. Haruto tells Seiran that it is useless because his power also increased tremendously thanks to the powerful blood sphere that the Grey Rose created. “I come to only look for Anis, so can you retreat?” Determined Seiran replies, “No way!” In the building, after pressing the elevator button multiple times, Anis realizes that the elevator doesn’t work so she’ll just have to go climb up the emergency escape stairs. While climbing upstairs, Anis tells herself that this is like trying to lose weight but then, right now isn’t the situation to say things like that. “I know that the consumption of my blood is extremely fast. That is because my Knights are currently in battle. If I don’t hurry, everyone will be in danger--!!!” At the battlefield, Kaede vomits more blood that he is on the verge of collapsing. Tenjou quickly holds bloody Kaede up and calls his name. Kaede apologizes and says that he is only lost his balance. While the demons are surrounding them, Tenjoh says that it seems that the compensation magic is already at its limit as well as their magic powers. The demons then rush toward them. Then, a serpent-like monster wraps itself around Mutsuki. Yocteau [formerly Yokuto] tells him that this is his last choice. “If you swear that you’ll work with me in destroying the devil’s seal, I will save the Knights’ ‘bodies’, but, they will become my puppets.. as zombies [dead souls]--!!! Furthermore, for you to not betray me again, I’ll tear your hands and feet into shreds--” The monster tightens it grip on Mutsuki causing him to spit blood and for his limbs to break. Mutsuki looks at laughing Grey Rose and remembers his smiling brother. He thinks that in the end, his gentle brother is no longer around. “The brother whom I have killed. That person is not my brother--”

Barajou no Kiss [Chapter 34]

Cover page: “Whether it is fate or reality, hope or desperation, in accordance to my wish, I will seize everything.” Punishment 34: KNIGHTS Narration: “Defeat the Grey Rose— Due to worshipping the devil, he has fallen and became an ominous existence. And right now, we regard him as a very strong enemy obstructing our path.” While summoning his demons, Grey Rose shouts for his demons to tightly encircle those Rose Knights. Anis tells Kaede to concentrate his attacks on the left side while Mutsuki to go on an offensive attack from below. Anis thinks that if they didn’t think, and [she] just randomly give instructions, the Knights will be exposed to danger but.. Anis is breathing hard and thinks that it hurts, feeling Mutsuki’s pain on deciding to sever the life of someone important to him. “Could it be that I have no way of saving him?” Suddenly, Tenjoh is surprise that his barrier vanishes. Kaede’s sword and Mutsuki’s strings also disappear. They are shock to find that Anis is already lying on the ground. Anis wonders if this is the limit to what she can do. While the demons start to surround them, the Knights are calling to Anis. Anis thinks of blood, and if the Rose Princess isn’t a bit strong, everyone cannot fight. Suddenly, someone else calls out to Anis. It is Seiran. He removes the cork from a test tube and puts the contents into his mouth. Then, he kisses Anis in order to help her drink the liquid. Seiran tells her that she is showing off too much. After Seiran breaks the kiss and Anis drank the liquid, Anis wakes up and is surprised to see Seiran, who smiles and asks if she is alright. Seiran tells her that her ‘blood’ ought to be able to recover a bit and it is a good thing that he anticipated this situation so he made that medicine, since he doesn’t want Anis to feel pain again. Anis says, no [it is alright]. She thanks him and says that this time, everyone can fight again. After recovering their powers, the other three Knights manage to hold back the enemies again. Someone suggests that they suppress their power at all costs while fighting in order to protect Anis. Anis asks Seiran about Idel. Seiran says that he is okay. He got Ninufa to bring Idel back to Itsushi, and he’ll definitely be okay.

Barajou no Kiss [Chapter 33]

‘I want to become an ordinary girl.’ A soul that is lodged on a scythe that sucks devil’s blood. A scarificed left eye of a man who is bewitched by the scythe. A Homunculus seed. As well as, moonlight. Then, add a bit of zombie powder. Thus, an artificial girl is conveniently born. End flashback. Yokuto tells Anis that just like her whose blood is used to become the Rose Knight’s ‘power’, Fake Knights’ ‘power’ is from the blood that the Fake Dominion has hunted. “But-- this time around, ‘Cinderella Ella’ has returned into an ordinary scythe so from today on, it will depend on me to use this blade to hunt for blood--” This surprises Anis. Punishment 33: Othello [Probably basing it from the tragic Shakespearean play whose themes are racism, love, jealousy, and betrayal. Source: wiki]. Anis shouts for Yokuto to return the scythe, return ‘Ella’ back. Anis remembers Ella telling her that she doesn’t want to do this killing thing anymore. “This time, I will protect Ella’s wish!!” Yokuto winks at her and tells her that he can give it to her but only if she went to ‘their side’. As Anis pouts over that, Yokuto shouts for Mutsuki to go and dye the White Rose into blood red and create a Virgin road to welcome the Rose Princess. Tenjoh faces off with Mutsuki. Tenjoh says that he didn’t think that he will betray them and in the end, he should have locked and bind him up. Mutsuki exclaims as to what nonsense is he talking about. Anis shouts that Tenjoh’s specialty is defense so he shouldn’t force himself. Summoning his barrier seals, Tenjoh says that if is possible, he also wants to specialize in barriers, as a Hierophant. Anis is surprised that Tenjoh made Mutsuki’s strings reflect from the barriers. Tenjoh says but there are times when strict discipline is god’s love, his mercy. Tenjoh uses his barriers to trip Mutsuki from behind and Mutsuki’s cheek got wounded. Tenjoh tells Mutsuki that it is alright because if he dies, he’ll make him into a specimen to be enjoyed [/admired]. Mutsuki just looks serious as he wipes the blood from his face.

Cover page: “Tormented by the sins of the thorny heart that, I cannot even save someone. Could it be that I cannot even do a single thing..? I can only protect you and it doesn’t matter even if I bleed...” Punishment 31: Point of No Return. While injured Kaede is on the floor, Mutsuki tells Anis that he will have her. While Yokuto is giggling and muttering, ‘Rose..oh reiner Widerspruch’, Anis shouts for Mutsuki to quit joking around. She[?] remembers the Grey Rose saying that in order to destroy the devil’s seal, they need the ‘Rose Princess’. As Kaede struggles to stand up, he overhears Anis shouting, “You’ve even suddenly kissed me, what are you thinking..” She is surprised when Mutsuki’s string intertwines her and he pulls her to him. While holding on to Anis, Mutsuki says, “Listen to me..! I want you. (Even if I had fallen from grace, it doesn’t matter. Please, love me. Only me.)” Kaede has finally stands up and shouts for the Black Rose not to do anything to Anis. As Anis shouts for Kaede, Mutsuki is quite displeased that Kaede can still stand. Mutsuki ties Anis to an electric post and tells her to just wait there and see who is the most suitable for her. While she can only watch on helplessly as her two knights fight, Anis shouts what Mutsuki is doing when everyone are comrades so how can they fight. Mutsuki shouts back that the game of being comrades is already over. While he shouts for Mutsuki to snap out of it, Kaede notices that Mutsuki is too fast and unexpectedly, he has that kind of strength. When he tries to hit Mutsuki with his katana, Kaede is surprised to find that Mutsuki is suddenly behind him. Mutsuki ties him up and says, “What you’ve said, I’ll keep it intact and return it to you. As a knight, you cannot even do a First Awakening, (We, four Rose Knights, have become comrades because of the ‘Rose Contract’-- but,) Even if you are a human, you would even [dare] fight against a Dark Stalker, don’t be too arrogant.. (one day, we’ll become love rivals and waiting [for that] is hell--)” With his strings, Mutsuki throws Kaede down on the floor. Mutsuki looks at Kaede and says, “—die.” This surprises Anis that she struggles to free herself and is wounded by the strings but somehow she manages to loosen herself. Anis shouts that she already said for him to stop. Mutsuki is surprised to see Anis quickly taking her cards from her skirt’s pocket and kisses the two cards. “Stop those two, Tenjoh-sempai.. Seiran..!! (I summon Blue Rose and White Rose.)” Seiran asks if Anis is alright. Tenjoh says that right now.. Mutsuki mutters Tenjoh’s name ^^; then tells his brother that they withdraw for now. Yokuto agrees with his idea. Happily clinging on to Mutsuki’s arm, Yokuto tells him that he’ll bring Mutsuki to see that installed device [/system]. Tenjoh looks at smug Mutsuki and mutters his name ^^;; before Mutsuki disappears with Yokuto.

As Kaede struggles to stand up, he overhears Anis shouting, “You’ve even suddenly kissed me, what are you thinking..” She is surprised when Mutsuki’s string intertwines her and he pulls her to him. While holding on to Anis, Mutsuki says, “Listen to me..! I want you. (Even if I had fallen from grace, it doesn’t matter. Please, love me. Only me.)” Kaede has finally stands up and shouts for the Black Rose not to do anything to Anis. As Anis shouts for Kaede, Mutsuki is quite displeased that Kaede can still stand. Mutsuki ties Anis to an electric post and tells her to just wait there and see who is the most suitable for her. While she can only watch on helplessly as her two knights fight, Anis shouts what Mutsuki is doing when everyone are comrades so how can they fight. Mutsuki shouts back that the game of being comrades is already over. While he shouts for Mutsuki to snap out of it, Kaede notices that Mutsuki is too fast and unexpectedly, he has that kind of strength. When he tries to hit Mutsuki with his katana, Kaede is surprised to find that Mutsuki is suddenly behind him. Mutsuki ties him up and says, “What you’ve said, I’ll keep it intact and return it to you. As a knight, you cannot even do a First Awakening, (We, four Rose Knights, have become comrades because of the ‘Rose Contract’-- but,) Even if you are a human, you would even [dare] fight against a Dark Stalker, don’t be too arrogant.. (one day, we’ll become love rivals and waiting [for that] is hell--)” With his strings, Mutsuki throws Kaede down on the floor. Mutsuki looks at Kaede and says, “—die.” This surprises Anis that she struggles to free herself and is wounded by the strings but somehow she manages to loosen herself. Anis shouts that she already said for him to stop. Mutsuki is surprised to see Anis quickly taking her cards from her skirt’s pocket and kisses the two cards. “Stop those two, Tenjoh-sempai.. Seiran..!! (I summon Blue Rose and White Rose.)” Seiran asks if Anis is alright. Tenjoh says that right now.. Mutsuki mutters Tenjoh’s name ^^; then tells his brother that they withdraw for now. Yokuto agrees with his idea. Happily clinging on to Mutsuki’s arm, Yokuto tells him that he’ll bring Mutsuki to see that installed device [/system]. Tenjoh looks at smug Mutsuki and mutters his name ^^;; before Mutsuki disappears with Yokuto.

Everyone in the classroom and outside the streets had all passed out. Floating blobs of blood head towards Ella, together with Shiden. Ella happily says, “These ‘blood’ will become my strength, then afterwards, I will become a gear in activating father’s creation of the perfect system [/device]. Quickly come and play, Anis.” Narration: “Endless night- because there won’t be a morning anymore. [I] can no longer go back to school again. I bid farewell to ‘the me’ until now. What’s waiting for me ahead is an unknown, bottomless abyss.” Punishment 30: Hearing Your Song on the End of the World. Itsushi tells Anis that there is a machine installed at a tall building which causes the surge of Yakoh’s ‘power’ to spread so right now, the whole city should be sleeping within that ‘kekkai’ [/barrier]. Anis flatly asks what this ‘kekkai’ is. Itsushi tries to explain to her that it is taking out a different space dimension from the real world but only this type is putting everyone in deep sleep. Anis interrupts and tells him to tell her about it in simpler terms. “What are we to do in order to protect the Arcana cards? What are we to do in order to save Yakoh?” Anis thinks that it is enough to just remember the important things. Itsushi tells that what he knows is Schwartz activated a ‘machine/gear’ which is pretty much that Fake Dominion girl so if they are to stop her, they can pretty much stop the ‘machine’. They also have to prevent the others from taking their Arcana cards. But, regarding how to wake Yakoh up, they can only ask Schwartz himself about it. Scratching her head, Anis says okay for in the end, they would still have to ask her father about it. She asks about the time limit. Based on his estimate, Itsushi says that it would probably be for 4 hours wherein Yakoh can keep this up. Idel is shock by this for it turns out that Yakoh is really weak. As she starts to run off with the others and thinking that even running would do, Anis shouts that they already know the important stuff and their target is her father in some building. Barajou no Kiss [Chapter 29]

Yokuto tells Mutsuki, “Mutsuki-, this is your new collar.” Anis touches her mouth and thinks, “That was my first kiss.” Idel shouting, “Rose Princess..! Please save Yakoh-” Punishment 29: keep the faith? Holding up his arms, Yokuto is on a monologue. “..Finally..! [We] can release that detestable seal and release the ‘devil’. We can attain our clan’s long cherished wish. And my love- comes back..! [<- not sure on that one ^^;] Rose..oh reiner Widerspruch, [/Rose, oh pure contradiction] utterly destroyed!” Yokuto is with Ella [/Mikage], Shiden and two other shadowed people. Ella tells him not to add to the saying for it is a waste. Yokuto let out a laugh and say kids like to re-arrange the song. Holding a rose, Schwartz says, “The Judas bud dyed in fresh blood [will] then be in full bloom. In deep slumber within the forest is a human sacrifice--..” Narration: “Beloved Anis. Until when will you notice that this world is filled with worthless things, [and] fragile illusions? Will you wait until you lose everything before you’ll understand?” At the school’s library, Idel tells them that Yakoh, who is sleeping on a bed, is like that since this morning, and there is no reaction from him at all. He tells Anis that if it’s her, she should know where Schwartz is. Thinking that she doesn’t know what her father has been doing nor his whereabouts, Anis says that she doesn’t know. Tenjoh gets in between them and tells Idel to calm down for even if Anis is Schwartz’s relative but right now, they are enemies and he also ought to know that. “For you to come here and beg of us [to save him] is going against common sense. Do you know of the saying, ‘Reaping what you sow’? – Fake. Originally, it was that kind of contract- was it not?” Idel admits that it is true that for them to attain the power as Fake Knights, they allowed Schwartz to make them into guinea pigs [/test subjects]. Idel thinks that even if they are injured, they do not need a doctor to cure them and if they do not make a contract with the ‘Dominion’ as the price for this strength, they will be injured/harmed.

Punishment 28: Darkness x Desire x Masquerade Ball. [Note: I don’t know if it is a mistake or something but on the cover page, this is punishment 29 but then, in the next issue, it is also punishment 29 ^^; I’ll start calling Mitsuru as Tenjoh since I kept unconsciously switching his name with Mutsuki ^^;:] Narration: “Who would have thought, that unexpectedly was the last day.” Tenjoh informs Anis about a masquerade ball that will be held in school tonight and he asks if she can be his dance partner. While the other girls are envious and raving about it, Anis is shock and flustered by this. Anis asks what this masquerade ball is all about. Tenjoh explains to her that it is a party wherein everyone wears Western clothes and their school will invite students from other schools to interact with them. Anis thinks that if she putting Tenjoh’s invitation aside, she finds that party interesting. Tenjoh confesses that there is something that is quite problematic for him since two pairs of their representative got sick but the vice-president stubborn told him that he isn’t allowed to bring girls. [<- not too sure of this;maybe because Tenjoh will monopolize them? Edit: According to K-chan, the student council VP really loves Tenjoh-sempai and gets jealous when he's with other girls. He even tried to destroy a school festival to get Tenjoh to stay away from Anis.] Because of this, Tenjoh tells the other knights that they are to help him out since they are his ‘rose-type’ friends. Kaede complains why they have to join the party but to his surprise, Anis ignores him and tells Tenjoh that they will all be going since it will be more interesting that way. Seiran notices that Mikage comes out of nowhere and clings on to Kaede’s arm. Mikage asks if she can be a pair with Kaede. Sparkling Tenjoh says that is good for they now have exactly three pairs. Everyone else are shock for don’t they lack girls to make complete pairs. That night, everyone is all dressed up. Anis thinks that it is hard to walk but everyone looks different. Tenjoh compliments Anis that her outfit suits her. Blushing, Anis says that Mutsuki would say, ‘Monkey needs a gilt statue, men needs fine clothes’. [<- idiom = fine clothes make the man.] After a pause, Mutsuki corrects her that it is ‘Buddha’ [Fó in Chinese] and not ‘monkey’ [hóu in Chinese]. Anis is embarrassed over it since it sounded the same. Kaede comments that it is pretty much right. Mikage arrives and comments that Anis looks really cute. Since Anis seems surprised to see Mikage’s appearance, Mikage asks if there is something wrong. Anis just says it is nothing and she looks really cute too. Anis thinks that it is very strange for it seems that for a second, Mikage is a very different person.

Punishment -6: No Moon [Reminder: Mutsuki literally means ‘no moon’] At the library with her knights, Anis tells Mutsuki that she has always been curious as to who is the one who gave him the name ‘Mutsuki’. She thinks that they already know that his real name is Kuesu before he lost his memories. Sparkling, Mitsuru says that will be him. Anis goes into shock over this. Mitsuru tells them that Mutsuki cutely asks him to help give him a name. Looking dark, Mutsuki tells Mitsuru not to continue talking about that else he’ll.. Unfazed, Mitsuru tells Anis that before, on contrary of hating, [Mutsuki is overwhelmed] by the radiance he emitted. “That is Mitsuru style.” To Mutsuki’s irritation, Anis happily tells him to quickly tell her for she wants to know. Flashback: This is approximately 5 years ago. He went to investigate about the Black Rose family clan, which has not existed for a long time, in a faraway European country. In the end, he found himself in a ruined ancient castle. Looking around, young Mitsuru thought that it is totally collapsed and could it be that someone had painstakingly destroyed it to remove any trace of it. While Mitsuru is thinking that it is an extinct clan, part of the wall fell down and revealed a black coffin with a crest. There is a chain wrapped around the coffin which seemed to have broken. He is surprised when he saw a pair of eyes peering out from the slightly open coffin. Then, the coffin’s lid is removed by a young long blacked hair man who asks, “Sie sind..Sind sie mein Herrscher..?” [<- translation: Are you..my-- 'Dominion’..?] End flashback.

Punishment 27: Wuthering Heights. [<- not sure but it is 嵐之丘 in Chinese which is what it meant. Literally, it means Storm/mist’s hill. I’m not sure if it is a play on words since the ‘storm’ kanji is part of Seiran’s name.] While shouting that he won’t let Seiran get the card especially since water is his forte, Shiden attacks surprised Seiran. Anis shouts for Seiran. Before Seiran can get hurt, Anis has whisked him to safety by kissing Seiran’s Rose card. Seiran looks back as Anis smiles and says that he’s saved by a hair's breadth. Seiran exclaims why she is there. Holding her hands together, Anis apologizes for following him because she’s worried about him. Seiran is dismayed upon learning that since it implies that he’s an existence who causes Anis to worry. Holding her other Rose cards, Anis says that she didn’t expect the enemy to come out so she’ll call Kaede and the others. A splash of water made Anis drop the cards. Shiden tells her that he won’t let her call their other comrades. While Anis is picking her cards up, Seiran shouts for Anis to go to some place safe. Confronting Shiden while taking something from his coat, Seiran tells her that the opponent is only one fake knight and even if he’s alone, it ought to be alright. Seiran takes out his potions in test tubes and thinks that in any case, he is one of the Rose knights. Seiran throws the tubes at Shiden who destroys them using his water. Shidan scoffs off at Seiran’s attacks to be only up to that degree yet Seiran would think of him as his opponent. Seiran asks isn’t his field of expertise is using water then with his potions, he is going to make them ineffective. Shidan is surprised when Seiran made his water disappear. Angered, Shidan says that he’ll see up to when Seiran can keep on doing that. Seiran is surprised that Shidan is going to use all of the water in the swimming pool but for Anis, he decided not to lose to the enemy. Seiran lost his concentration when he sees the Arcana card floating from the swimming pool. He thinks that if he gets that card, he can be considered as a Rose knight who is doing his task. So, Seiran goes to get the card. Shidan comments that Seiran is too naive. He uses his water to attack Seiran who managed to get the card. Seiran becomes aware of the water pursuing him when Anis shouts his name. To his shock, Anis tries to protect him by placing herself in between the water and Seiran hence, Anis is the one who got hit. Seiran seems to have dropped the card as he shouts for Anis.
