Everyone couldn’t understand Murasame’s term of a lowlife = ‘coward’ towards Bill [Cedric’s boss minion] because it is usually used in his former gangster life. In order to hide his past, Murasame instead described what he meant. A young Japanese actor exclaims that it is ‘son of bitch’ in English. Everyone agrees to it until they realize Murasame is calling Bill as a ‘sob’. This irks Bill and it started a fight between them.

 [Free talk: Sorry for no updates for a long time. Before, it was because I was waiting for the English scanlations. And, when they are out, I was either busy due to issues at our business or health issues orz So, since I’m feeling okay enough today and not too busy, here goes…]

There was a seen of Cedric looking at pictures of Western looking women on his tablet. Then, he started scowling upon seeing someone ‘@’ is calling him on his cellphone. He told his minions to do things in moderation before leaving. From the impression, it seems that the minions are doing the bullying errands due to fear since they are still uneasy with Cedric. Somehow, I think the pictures were possible replacements for his leading lady/co-star due to his racism.

 Kenny, the American actor, called out to Murasame and they did an impromptu sword fight scene. They immediately hit it off but it was abruptly interrupted when Cedric’s friend who looked menacing at Kenny. Kenny immediately went to back to the side of the US actors but managed to give his email to Murasame through Kyouko.

 General/Shogun Convert, what Leo is cosplaying, turned out to be a role which Kuu played before. It was a major hit in US along with the Japanese dish, takoyaki (fried batter balls with octopus inside and other condiments on top) which was promoted in the show. Kanae muses that perhaps Leo wore that costume in consideration for the Japanese team. This thrilled everyone from Japan.

 Upon meeting each other, Cedric ignores Kyouko as if she didn’t exist. Kyouko is totally shocked by this because it is the first time someone reacted like that. Cedric only paid attention to her when Mr. D called out to her. While Kyouko wondered how to answer him when he asked if she is also a ‘member’ [of the project], Mr. D tell her that he knew about the project and starts to introduce Cedric to her.

 [313] Kyouko and others have arrived at the US airport. Kyouko is totally moved upon seeing a LED billboard advertisement of Juliena, Ren’s mother. She muttered out fairy which Yashiro overheard. Yashiro comments that Juliena’s looks are indeed extraordinary. Out of curiosity, Kyouko wanted to know who Kuu’s wife so she checked out her movie. That is how she came to know who Juliena is. She also noticed that Juliena’s eyes are the same with Corn’s so perhaps, she is his mother.

 Kyouko and Kanae are doing some practice exercises. Kanae is impressed that Kyouko is still full of energy and without a sweat after the training. Hehe, well, that shouldn’t be a surprise for us readers since she can even chase after a car by just using a bicycle. Well, if ever there will be trouble in the US or the future, I get a feeling that Kyouko will be immensely helpful.

 Yashiro informs Ren that Lory knew who his real partner is. Since Ren is acting all clueless and perhaps, someone might hear them, Yashiro decided to interrogate him somewhere else = smoking room that isn’t being used. Inside the room, Ren clarifies that he isn’t puzzled with Lory knowing but more on how did Yashiro knows that Lory knew.

Yuki immensely praised the two girls for their action scene. They were able to do it well since they practiced together before. Kanae is also improving fast with Kyouko as her personal assistant. Well, we already know this will happen so moving on...

 Upon seeing Kyouko in costume, Kanae comments that she is surprised since it unexpectedly suits Kyouko. Kyouko thought that if she added a lip ring, she’ll be Setsuka. Yashiro compliments Kyouko and looks at Ren to comment. After a pause, Ren says that it is quite unexpected. Kyouko wonders about that pause.

 The chapter starts with visiting Lory doing some chit chat with Yuki regarding the agency of Lory’s son which seemed to have dispatched a US film crew. I guess this is part of their practice before the real thing. Ah, practice filming in English and US ways of doing things?

 Apparently, this is a rehearsal type of shoot/mock shooting. It just makes me wonder if they do this in real life. I mean, why practice some other drama/shooting and not the one that they will shoot. Isn’t it just a waste of time and talent? If this is an audition shoot, it would be understandable.

 Starting the chapter like that really got me confused and disoriented as I wonder what am I reading. Because of the setting and the clothes, does it mean that it isn’t feudal type/Western-Eastern past-fantasy but a space futuristic setting? If so, it does seem weird for Ren to have that kind of sword.

 Contrary to what I thought, it turned out that Kanae is indeed frustrated with her English. She wasn’t able to use the proper words to convey what she wanted to express. And because of that, she cried for real which the ‘judges’ assumed to be acting – she assumed that is. Maybe Yuki and Leo noticed but still decided that she can pull it off later on.

 Kyouko is quite shocked when Ren told her about Yashiro’s calm reaction as he told Ren that he wanted to protect the two of them so he is totally not in a joking mood. Is he really that Yashiro who’ll intensely react like a high school girl over romance? Ren confirms it and this time, Yashiro didn’t use that sparkly eyes while looking at him.

 The egg benedict looks delicious. I think that Ren is going to guest at a variety show that wants to somehow showcase his cooking skills and perhaps, some PR. After all, it is plus points for girls if the guy celebrity can cook. Of course, in Ren’s case, there is a need to pretend eating the food.

 It turns out that Koga has a soft heart towards distressed people. He can empathize with her for being still in the role. He is nice enough to cheer her by mentioning that she still has scenes with him and offered to drive her home.

 From the looks of it, it’s Momiji’s death scene. Unless, she’ll be like a lotus who’ll be reborn. And, Kyouko is indeed channeling her love for Ren in acting out the scene. The last narration is quite similar to what she told Lory wherein she’ll leave the one she loves to the woman who can take care of him.

 Koga and others are all gathered to watch Kyouko shooting of Momiji scenes. That shows how amazing she is, that they would rather watch it LIVE rather than watch it on TV later on. From Koga’s smile, it seems like he was somewhat proud of Kyouko.
