Everyone couldn’t understand Murasame’s term of a lowlife = ‘coward’ towards Bill [Cedric’s boss minion] because it is usually used in his former gangster life. In order to hide his past, Murasame instead described what he meant. A young Japanese actor exclaims that it is ‘son of bitch’ in English. Everyone agrees to it until they realize Murasame is calling Bill as a ‘sob’. This irks Bill and it started a fight between them.
Well, due to Murasame’s gangster roots, he isn’t going to take this obvious bullying sitting down. Still, it does takes guts to do that especially if one isn’t in one’s territory. If it is a really hostile environment – they’re on their own – it can really, turn for the worse since Bill and others can twist the story to make Murasame and others as the ones causing trouble. Hm...like what they did to Kuon.

Meanwhile, Kyouko and others met up with Koga’s group. Koga isn’t happy that Ren has already arrived. He got more irritated when Kyouko insinuated that Koga is fond of Ren because Koga is wearing the same color as Ren’s pajamas. Everyone is surprised about this. And, before Koga could react, they heard and saw Leo, who is still in cosplay, quickly running at the hallway.
This one seems a bit of a filler. Hehe, actually, the ‘what is the word’ scene of Murasame is also partly like a filler. Well, I guess Koga doesn’t want Ren to be there yet since Ren will steal the limelight. And, it is probably already an inside joke that Koga likes Ren because he is always picking on him. ^^;

Back to Murasame and others, the Japanese male actors are doing well in defending themselves as they pin down the Americans. Kanae and others are shocked when Murasame got hit on the face. As Bill is about to give him another kick to make him fall, Bill was surprised that his kick was blocked. And, it was Ren.
Bill had a sudden flashback. It was when he was fighting with bloodied Kuon. After blocking his kick with the same move [that Ren just did], Bill is surprised to see angry Kuon jumping then he was kicked in the face. Back to the present, Bill immediately backed off. Everyone is surprised over what happened. Bill is shocked but Ren just show his shining smile and asks if this is a rough welcome or a declaration of ‘war’.
While some girls are amazed over this shiny expression, Kyouko immediately knew his real feelings especially since her antenna is out. Bill tries to pass what they did as a joke. Still shining, Ren just patronize him by saying that he is right, Japanese don’t understand these jokes so don’t make such kind of jokes again. This annoyed Bill. Ren comments that Bill has totally changed his view of him and thanks him. Bill thinks that Ren is poking fun at him but Leo told him to come with him.
I wonder if Bill can connect things over the possibility of Ren being Kuon. But then, perhaps, he would later on since he might not easily connect this Japanese is Kuon due to looks and personality. Ren has already changed his tactic in dealing with bullies. He has learned to be non-confrontational if possible and go with taunts. He’ll most likely fight when the need arises.

After Bill and others left, Ren recalls Bill being Cedric’s right hand man. His thoughts were interrupted by Murasame who thanked him but isn’t happy that Ren helped him. Koga is also furious that Ren ended the fight while they are getting weapons [for him to be the hero]. Kyouko quickly goes to Kanae to ask if she is alright. She thanks Yashiro for staying with Kanae.
Yashiro muses to himself how the others managed to pin the attackers. Kanae is aghast when sparkling Kyouko is excited over the clothes that she brought for Kanae. They were interrupted by Koga who told them that Leo had asked him to tell everyone his apology regarding what had just happened. Koga is thrilled that he was tasked to do this and viewed himself as their leader.
Yashiro is uneasy over the quick apology. Murasame assumes that they are habitual offenders who pull such things on the weak. Ren looks serious as he recalled how they bullied him when he was young. Kyouko glances at him. [I don’t get last part, but] it seems that Yashiro tries to make a Japanese code to call the Americans but Murasame calls it as ‘shit collectors’. As they tried to correct him, Ren tried to suppress his laughter.
I guess in a show/project, it is difficult to have a lot of male lead-levels of actors due to wanting to be the ‘hero’. Koga wants to be the one to stop the fight. Murasame doesn’t want to be helped. Like, there are many egos there. Based on Yashiro’s musing, I think one of the qualifications to join this project is that they know how to fight/defend themselves. Well, it will be awkward later on when they will have to work together. But of course, Cedric and others might level up the things they do in order to get what they want. I’m assuming that Cedric is harassing them for a reason like to quit and be replaced by Americans/the cast that he wants.
