While measuring, she glances at
him and he is just casually looking away. He grumpily asks if it is over, he’s
tired to death. Flustered Himari says that it is finished, thank you. After
Keita left, Himari clenches her trembling fist and thinks that she obviously
decided on this herself and in the end, she is quite happy just to be able to
talk with him. She doesn’t know of a way to put an end to these feelings. Keita
stops walking and slightly looks flustered as he looks back. During a
basketball game, probably PE class, Ryou calls out to Keita and tells him to
control that attitude of his a bit. Keita glares at him and turns away. This
irks Ryou that he tells him that he confessed to Himari a while ago. The ball
that Keita throws didn’t go in the basket. After picking up the ball, Keita
asks and then, what does he want to say. To Keita’s surprise, Ryou says that he
was rejected for she said that she already has someone important. Ryou asks if
that person is Keita but then, they cannot go steady for Himari treasures her
family and they are siblings. Ryou tells him that Keita already doesn’t have
any possibilities but he does so he will seriously like Himari. This surprises
Keita. Turning away, Ryou tells him that is what’s up, so if Keita can think
of[/be considerate to] Himari, then he ought to change that attitude of his,
and that’s all what he has to say. Keita calls out to Ryou but this time, Ryou
is the one who snubs him. Keita is flustered. After school, Keita and friends
are planning to go karaoke today. A girl holds on to him and says that she’s
very happy that he can have fun with them lately since it is a bit hard to get
along before. Keita didn’t answer. He passes by a store which rents out
apartment rooms. After thinking for a while, Keita says that he has something
to do so he couldn’t go with them today. Then, he enters the store.
Comment: Surprisingly, Himari rejected Ryou which is good in a way
since she isn’t that fickle and well, we won’t be going around in circles with
the story that has a very obvious ending. Thinking over Ryou’s intention for
telling that to Keita, I guess it is basically he is a ‘good guy’. He could
have just let Keita be mean to Himari and make Himari fall for him again, but
he didn’t. He might also want to help the two hence making Keita aware of
what’s going on. He might also not want to see Himari being hurt like that by
Keita and to make Keita do something if he told Keita that he is seriously
going to pursue Himari. Anyway, it worked and Keita is seriously thinking of
something and currently, it seems that he is planning to move out. Scans by all★wink汉化组
Word of the day:
God’s timing is perfect in
everything. While you are waiting, perhaps wondering why God doesn’t seem to be
acting on your behalf, remember that He’s working behind the scenes to prepare
His moment of intervention at just the right time. Trust Him. He knows what
time it is. ~ Our Daily Bread
First he ignores her, now he wants to move out...I don't know when things will sort out between those two, but I hope It wont take too long >__< Again, thank you very much for this summary, Kat :D I can't wait to read the next one :3
ReplyDeleteYa..and his move can be misinterpreted especially since they aren't talking much.
DeleteThanks for reading, Nemi ^-^
Uggh, I hate when stories head this direction. Wasn't she the one who turned him down? Isn't the onus on her to make the next move since he's been the one chasing her the whole time? Nope, it's still his fault, he just hasn't tried hard enough and needs to do more (sarcasm). Irritating, but typical.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the multiple updates Kat.

I probably should have cooled off before I posted earlier, but I was having a bad morning and this chapter was the final straw. :-)
DeleteKeita moving out doesn't actually fix any of the issues she has with their relationship. 1. They are still step siblings. 2. If it is to avoid any appearance of "misbehavior" stemming from two dating teenagers living under the same roof, well, him having his own place would make it worse wouldn't it? No matter what Keita does, it still comes down to Himari having to make a choice between him or what she assumes is her mothers "happiness". The mangaka is just running around in circles at this point. -RC
Thanks for reading, RC ^-^
DeleteYa..he might be thinking of 2. Possible..it would make things worse.
That's right. And, I think Keita is doing this the wrong way.
Possible..we'll see where this goes.
I am glad that Himari is not that kind of girl who will go out with someone half hearted. Shes an honest girl. That is what I like about her. I am sure that Ryou is glad that she is being honest with him, but he is not happy with the rejection and took it well. Yes, I agree that Ryou is a good guy. He shows that he cares about Himari by confronted Keita. At the end of manga is so obivious that Keita is thinking about moving out, but I hope his actions will not send a wrong sign to Himari's mother because it will definitely hurt her feelings that she may think he doesn't accept her as his step mother which will make Himari upset because she wants her mother to be happy. We will see how it goes in later chapters! btw thanks for the summary! <3 Tika
ReplyDeleteYup ^^
DeleteOh, that's right..forgot about that..indeed, that is a possible scenario about their mother.
Indeed and thanks for reading, Tika ^-^
Keita seems very hot-tempered, irascible, and super childish in his reactions. Which is not surprising since he's a teenager, but it doesn't make him a very good romantic candidate or person in general. He doesn't have many redeeming qualities actually, other than the fact that he's protective (overly so sometimes, so much so that he's possessive).
ReplyDeleteYup, I agree. ^^
DeleteCan't wait for the next chapter!
